At MIA Shoes, we want you to love every step you take in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original MIA branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
